MISSION STATEMENT: A chief target of Word to the World is the bankrupt theory of evolution. Lerch is convinced that God created everything from nothing in six days as the Bible says. One of the organizations that has greatly influenced his thinking is Answers in Genesis Ministries (see Links). The organization is constructing a Creation Museum near Cincinnati that will display scientific evidence along with explanations that show how that evidence supports the Biblical account of origins. Mr. Lerch envisioned this ministry and the implications that "God made us, God owns us" as his first calling.
Proceeds from the sale of Lerch's book Did God Really Say That? are donated to this Creation Museum fund-raising effort.
Mr. Lerch recognizes that Christians and Jews worship the same Creator God, and that the Jews are part of God's master plan from the beginning unto the fulfillment of all prophecy. In his second book, God's People, God's Plan, Harold explains why Christians accept Jesus Christ as the Messiah, and why the hope for the future is from God and through the Messiah. The foundation of the Christian faith is that the Messiah has already come and become the Redeemer of sins for all time, and will return again to conquer Satan and all our enemies. Those who accept Him as our Redeemer will abide with the Conqueror forever.
All net proceeds from God's People, God's Plan are donated to Middle East Ministries (see Links).
